When studying the bible we
know everything in the Old Testament is standing in the Light of Christ, and casting
a shadow into the New Testament. We also
know Genesis is the book of beginnings.
God, the creature, began creating all things by speaking them into existence. However in Genesis 1:27, God formed man in His own image. Man was the first thing God touched. He wanted to be connected to the object of His affection.
After the fall, man has been
seeking, longing and searching for a way to be reconnected with His touch. Thankfully God devised a plan, to bring man
back to Himself. Christ died so you and
I can have the touch we so long for from our Father.
He stands waiting to give you
His touch. Are you now ready to reach
out to Him?
